Groove Odyssey makes its ADE debut with the one and only Louie Vega

Sunday, 18 September 2016
This October Groove Odyssey is heading to the world’s leading electronic music festival, ADE, for the very first time.

We’re beyond excited to make our ADE debut, taking our world famous Groove Odyssey stage to the Sugar Factory – which has played host to the biggest names in dance, including Frankie Knuckles.

Since its inception in 1996, ADE has become THE biggest club festival in the world; featuring performances from 2200 artists over 100 top music venues. The festival, which is celebrating its 21st year in 2016, brings together music lovers and top industry figures from across the world. There’s no question about it - come October, ADE is it THE place to be.

Headling the Sugar Factory will be the one and only Louie Vega. Constantly reinventing himself, Louie has crafted some of the most innovative singles in dance music history, "The Nervous Track", "It’s Alright (I Feel It)" and "I Can’t Get No Sleep" and revitalised the careers of legends like Roy Ayers, George Benson and Tito Puente with his Masters At Work partnership with Kenny Dope. On the decks he defiantly mixes everything he can find – house, hip-hop, funk, disco, Latin, African and jazz – into a universal groove that defines how we enjoy dance music.

Louie will be playing alongside Groove Odyssey residents Bobby&Steve, plus Amsterdam's finest from NOO Filter Mike Risk, London's Funkie P and David Bailey.
