WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE EVENT AND WHEN DO WE NEED TO CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL?
The event lasts for 4 days from Friday 18th May to Monday 21st May 2018, Check out is on Tuesday 22nd

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXTEND OUR STAY AT THE BEACH STAR, MILORD, SOL HOUSE OR RIVERA HOTEL BEFORE AND AFTER THE 4 DAYS?
Yes you can extend your stay as early as Tue 15th May - Tuesday 22nd May when the event finishes.
We have made it easier this year by adding some bolt-on buttons on the booking pages, just select what days you would like to stay and add it to your trip.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE FLIGHTS?
Flights are not included.

WHAT TIMES DOES OUR ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE START AND FINISH?
Your all-inclusive package* starts on Friday 18th May from 8am until 11pm each day.

Breakfast is served from 8am - 10am @ Beach Star, Milord, Sol House and Rivera.

Lunch is served from 12:00 noon - 14:00 @ Beach Star only.

Dinner is served from 18:00 until 20:00 @ Beach Star and Milord "if you are a guest"

Breakfast on Tuesday 22nd May will be served from 08.30 - 11.30am (prior to check out) only at the Beach Star.

Beach Star on site food, alcoholic drinks and beverages, club tranfers and entry are included in the all-inclusive packages.
 
DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR OUR DRINKS AT THE CLUBS, SUNSET AND BOAT PARTIES?
Yes. Drinks are only included at the Beach Star.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE ENTRY TO THE CLUB NIGHTS?
Yes. Once you have booked your all-inclusive package entrance is free to all our events, but does not apply to our boat parties!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL?
Eight weeks prior to the event you will receive an online information pack which will include everything from collecting your wrist bands, to receiving your event program . We will ensure you have everything you need so that your weekend becomes ours, it's our job to keep that smile on your face and those feet moving and grooving!

WHEN WILL THE BOAT PARTY TICKETS BE ON SALE & HOW MUCH ARE THEY?
The boat party information will be online soon with the confirmed line ups and prices. It will be on a first come first served basis, but you will be given a date and time that they will go LIVE! We have also added an additional Sunset boat party on Friday 18th May from 5pm - 9pm

CAN I BOOK MY AIRPORT TRANSFERS WITH GO IBIZA AND CAN I BOOK IT AFTER I HAVE BOOKED MY ROOM?
We have out sourced all airport transfers for 2018 to a 3rd party company and all the info including priced will be online by the end of October 2017 for those who would like to use this service. You can book your transfer anytime up until Friday 4th May 2018 (2 weeks before the event)

HOW DO I PAY MY NEXT INSTALMENT?
We will be sending out a link to everyone who has booked up. Just click it and it will take you to a payment page where you can make all your additional payments.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO ASK A QUESTION WHICH ISN'T INCLUDED ON HERE?

CAN WE ADD A 3rd PERSON TO OUR ROOM?

IF I HAVE BOOKED AND PAID BUT CANNOT TRAVEL CAN I TRANSFER MY HOTEL AND ALL- INCLUSIVE TICKET TO A FRIENDS NAME?
Yes - all we would need is a confirmation email from the person who made the original booking together with the reference number and the details of the person travelling in your place.

WHEN DO WE GIVE OUR FULL NAMES FOR OUR ACCOMMODATION AND WRIST BANDS?
We will be requesting this information 6 weeks prior to the event.

IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
