WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE EVENT AND WHEN DO WE NEED TO CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL?


The event lasts for 4 days from 1pm on Friday 18th May to Monday 21st. Check out is on Tuesday 22nd, you can also have breakfast at the Beach Star Hotel before you leave which is part of your all inclusive package as an extra touch.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXTEND OUR STAY AT THE BEACH STAR, MILORD OR RIVERA HOTEL BEFORE AND AFTER THE 4 DAY EVENT?

Yes, you can stay as early as Tue 15th May and anytime after Tuesday 22nd May when the event finishes. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your reference number, full name and how many additional days you would like and we will send all the information over to you.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE FLIGHTS?

Flights are not included.

WHAT TIMES DOES OUR ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE START AND FINISH?

Your all-inclusive package* starts on Friday 18th May from 12 Noon until 11pm each day.

Breakfast is served from 8am - 10am

Lunch is served from 12 noon -2pm

Dinner is served from 6pm until 8pm

Breakfast on Tuesdayd will be served from 8.30 - 11.30am (prior to check out)

Onsite food, alcoholic drinks and beverages are included in the room price, Restrictions apply to premium alcoholic or imported non-alcoholic beverages.

DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR OUR DRINKS AT THE CLUBS, SUNSET AND BOAT PARTIES?

Yes. Drinks are only included at the Beach Star.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE ENTRY TO THE CLUB NIGHTS?

Yes. Once you have booked your all-inclusive package entrance is free to all our events, but does not apply to Boat parties!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL?

Eight weeks prior to the event you will receive an online information pack which will include everything you need,. From collecting your wrist bands upon arrival at your hotel to receiving your event program. We will ensure you have everything you need so that your weekend becomes ours, it's our job to keep that smile on your face and those feet moving and grooving!

WHEN WILL THE BOAT PARTY TICKETS BE ON SALE & HOW MUCH ARE THEY?

The boat party information will be online soon  with the confirmed line ups and prices. It will be on a first come first served basis, but you will be given a date and time that they will go LIVE!

CAN I BOOK MY AIRPORT TRANSFERS AFTER I HAVE BOOKED MY ROOM?

Yes you can, you can book your transfer anytime up until Friday 4th May 2018 (2 weeks before the event)

ONE OF MY FRIENDS NEED TO TRAVEL BACK A DAY BEFORE THE EVENT FINISHES DOES MY AIRPORT TRANSFER COVER THIS?

Yes it does, but please remember all transfers are from Friday 18th - Tuesday 22nd May. We will try our very best to accommodate any dates prior to the transfer schedules advertised, this will have to be confirmed prior to the event dates, so we will need as much advanced notice possible.

HOW DO I PAY MY NEXT INSTALMENT?

We will be sending out a link to everyone who has taken up one of our easy payment plans. Just click it and it will take you to a payment page with your reference and amount and details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO ASK A QUESTION WHICH ISN'T INCLUDED ON HERE?

CAN WE ADD A 3rd PERSON TO OUR ROOM?

IF I HAVE BOOKED AND PAID BUT CANNOT TRAVEL CAN I TRANSFER MY HOTEL AND ALL- INCLUSIVE TICKET TO A FRIENDS NAME?

Yes - all we would need is a confirmation email from the person who made the original booking together with the reference number and the details of the person travelling in your place.

WHEN DO WE GIVE OUR FULL NAMES FOR OUR ACCOMMODATION AND WRIST BANDS?

We will be requesting this information 4 weeks prior to the event.

IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
