HOW LONG DOES THE EVENT LAST?
The event lasts for 4 days check in ​Thursday 1​5th May, check out ​Monday​ 19th May 
20​24​

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXTEND OUR STAY AT THE PALM STAR,  AZULINE OR OTHER HOTELS BEFORE AND AFTER THE ​4​ DAY EVENT?
Yes you can extend your stay, ​email your request and we well get it all booked in for you -

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE FLIGHTS?
Flights are not included.

WHAT TIMES DOES OUR ALL-INCLUSIVE DRINKS PACKAGE START AND FINISH?

Thursday 12:00 PM until 21:00
Friday      12:00 PM until 16:30
Sunday    12:00 PM until 21:00
 

DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR OUR DRINKS AT THE CLUBS, AND BEACH PARTIES?
Yes. Drinks are only included at the Palm Star Pool parties 

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE ENTRY TO THE CLUB NIGHTS & AND BEACH EVENTS?
Yes. Once you have booked your all-inclusive package entrance is free to all our events.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL?
Eight weeks prior to the event you will receive an online information pack which will include everything from collecting your wrist bands, to receiving your event program . We will ensure you have everything you need so that your weekend becomes ours, it’s our job to keep that smile on your face and those feet moving and grooving!


HOW DO I PAY MY NEXT INSTALMENT?
Our ticket agent will provide you with a direct debit mandate and the remaining balance will be taken by instalments at the end of each month.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO ASK A QUESTION WHICH ISN’T INCLUDED ON HERE?
Easy, just email us at info@grooveodyssey.com and put in the subject: GO IBIZA . Add your contact number in the email along with your question and you will receive a response the same day.

CAN WE ADD AN ADDTIONAL PERSON TO OUR ROOM?
Only if the hotel or room type can accommodate, please email: info@grooveodyssey.com and we will send you a link via email. It’s that simple.

IF I HAVE BOOKED AND PAID BUT CANNOT TRAVEL CAN I TRANSFER MY HOTEL AND ALL- INCLUSIVE TICKET TO A FRIENDS NAME?
Yes – all we would need is a confirmation email from the person who made the original booking together with the reference number and the details of the person travelling in your place.

WHEN DO WE GIVE OUR FULL NAMES FOR OUR ACCOMMODATION AND WRIST BANDS?
All information must be provided when purchasing your ticket.

IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
​No!  - on the all inclusive packages ​
​Yes! - ​on club event and Days passes 
 
ADDITIONAL PERSON BOLT-ON​
All customers who decide to book any additional occupancy (3 Per Studio / Apartment) in the ​Palm​ Star ​Etc, are aware that the single sofa bed (for the additional person) does not expand, but is very comfortable.
