TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings are non-refundable. Refunds will only be possible if the weekender is cancelled. The artists are subject to change, and no refunds will be refunded if any performances are cancelled. Tickets will be exchanged for a wristband on arrival at the Palm Star. There will be no automatic right of re-admission during the event should the wristband become lost or damaged. If you lose/damage your wristband, there will be a small administration charge of £10.00 to cover replacement costs. Wristbands are not transferable.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the event.
This event is not valid to anyone under 18 years old.
Patrons will not be permitted entry to the event if in possession of the following prohibited items:

•  Any professional audio, audio-visual, film, or video recording equipment
• Items that can be used in a dangerous or threatening manner
• Alcoholic drinks and glass bottles
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the event. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and removed from the event.

Unauthorised photography or audio/video recording of any performance at the event is strictly prohibited. Persons attending the Festival may be filmed, photographed, or recorded as part of the audience. The media will be owned by Groove Odyssey, and will be used for any promotional material. By attending the Festival, you give "Groove Odyssey" the permission to use this content on all media platforms available to Groove Odyssey after the event.

The Promoters cannot accept liability for any damages, loss, or personal injuries sustained at the event, including loss or damage to property, however caused.

BOAT PARTIES.
All boat party tickets are non-transferable.
If any of our boat parties have to be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, we will try our best to reschedule the event over the weekend depending on weather conditions.
To board any boat party, every boat ticket holder will need to produce some form of photographic I.D in their name due to the boat company’s Terms and Conditions and Back To Ibiza duty of care. This will enable us to fulfil our health and safety requirements, so we have a full record of who is on the water. As most hotels hold your passports for 24hrs once you’ve checked in, we would advise you to also bring along a driving license if you have one in your possession.

N.B. If you do not produce any I.D before boarding, you will not be able to board the boat as this is very important.

ALL-INCLUSIVE INCLUDES:

• All Alcoholic Drinks.
• Soft Drinks.
• Breakfast 08:00 – 10:00.
• Lunch 12:00 – 14:00.
• Dinner 18:00 – 20:00.
• Free entry to all Pool parties (drinks included)
• Free Entry to Eden nightclub  (drinks not included)

The weekender will consist of day time pool and boat parties, a sunset event and club nights, As above, entry to the pool parties and club nights are free, Boat parties are chargeable.

Groove Odyssey will accept no responsibility for any accommodation booked outside of what has been advertised for our event.

Any damage caused to the Palm Star, Innside Ibiza, or The Azuline Mar Amantis will be the responsibility of the person/s registered to that room.

THREE IN A ROOM
All customers who book an additional person in the Chosen hotel, sleep on a comfortable single sofa bed.

ECOTAX
From July 1st, 2016, as mandatory by law, Eco-tax per person per day is to be levied on tourists, and the HOTEL will not assume the costs (1.1€ pax/day). The hotel will request the guest to pay the above rate. Payment in cash to the hotel reception upon arrival.
